GST Membership is invitation-only, guarded by adults, and built for players who treat the arena with respect. This is a place you earn your way into, and a place you are proud to keep.

The Players Arena is by invitation only, with every invitation issued and approved by GST Productions.

1THE GST COMMITTEE

All memberships are reviewed and approved by THE GST PRODUCTIONS COMMITTEE, the adults responsible for the studio. Gabriel may NOMINATE friends he trusts, but the Committee decides and Gabriel does not hold final approval. That is not a restriction, it is the mark of a serious club that protects its members.

2LIMITED MONTHLY PLACES

Only a limited number of new members are approved each month. Applications are reviewed monthly, so every place has weight and every new member matters.

3PARENT APPROVAL FIRST

Parental approval is required before any membership can be considered. This is not a web form, invitations are arranged between parents, with a parent or guardian introduced to the studio through a family introduction. No applications and no personal details are collected on this site, because real-world parent-to-parent referral is our proud standard and our safest design.

4THE MEMBERS' CODE

  • Show respect and good sportsmanship in every trade and game.
  • Keep language family-safe at all times.
  • No bullying, ganging up, or leaving anyone out.
  • Honour your trades, your promises, and your word.
  • Help newer members feel welcome.

5HEALTHY PLAY

GST supports sensible session lengths, with lighter play on school nights and space for real life first. This is not about policing members, it is about looking after them like a proper club should.

If the Members' Code is not kept, an invitation may be paused or reviewed. Decisions are handled calmly, fairly, and with care.

A note for parentsFor parents, GST Membership is a small, adult-supervised circle for trusted families, built around safe play, fair conduct, and good judgement. There is zero money taken through this site, zero personal data collected here, and no open sign-up.
Acceptance is an event

Membership № 007 — Approved.

Acceptance is an event, every approved member receives a signed GST Membership Certificate with their member number. Each certificate is signed by the GST custodian and carries the member's number, the date admitted, and the note that it was admitted with parental approval. It is minted, numbered, and yours.

The waitlist is not a queue for everyone, it is the line for those being considered next.
